Tullamore Dew Phoenix (Cask Strength) – The nose is creamy and complex, yet still smooth with hints of malt, brown sugar, ginger, and a slight grassiness. The taste is full and rich with a good balance of malt, cinnamon, ginger, allspice and honey. 

Redbreast 12 Year – Beautifully balanced with a warm, generous texture, rich, sweet flavors and a spicy kick. 

The Knot – Syrupy sweetness, caramel, butterscotch, with a hint of balsamic vinegar tartness. 

Tyrconnell Madeira – Hints of spice and raisins, fruit and honey with a long, warm finish. 

Tyrconnell Port – Sweet taste of fruit, honey and spice with lingering oak finish. 

Tyrconnell Sherry – Notes of juicy raisins, golden berries, just a hint of mint, with apple tart and cinnamon finish.

Bushmill’s 21 Year – Satin texture with a liquorice and oak finish.

Glenmorangie – Vanilla and flowery fruitiness, with a clean finish with hints of orange and peach.

Glenmorangie Nectar D’Or – Ginger, nutmeg and toasted almonds bring a deep, warming taste interwoven with a syrupy lemon meringue and honeycomb middle.

Johnnie Walker Black Label – Rich and full flavor with notes of wood smoke, dry spice, barley and cereal with creamy toffee that finishes with fruity notes. 

Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve – Smooth and elegant in the mouth, with vanilla, honey and citrus fruit. Soft wood notes in the finish behind lingering smokiness.

Ardbeg 10 Year – Intense yet quite delicate on the palate, with burning peats and dried fruit, followed by sweeter notes of malt and a touch of liquorice. Extremely long and smoky in the finish.

Oban 14 Year – Autumn fruits, dried figs and honey-sweet spices with a light smokiness.

Lagavulin 16 Year – Intense, smoky-sweet single malt with seaweed flavours and a huge finish, long, warm peppery, with a distinct appetizing sweetness.
